What quantities can I buy your products in?

Customers can buy MDAI, 6-APB, Benzo Fury, Dimethocaine and 5-IAI in small amounts ranging from 1 gram to larger amounts up to 1 kilogram or maybe even more. Please contact us if you are a research institution or student who requires a large quantity of chemicals to discuss availability and pricing.

Do you offer a collection or same day service?

We are more than happy to allow customers the opportunity to collect goods in person. In most cases payment will have to be made in advance due to the nature and size of orders. If you would prefer to pay cash then please call us to arrange.

Do you accept Credit/Debit Cards?

Yes we can securely accept all major credit and debit cards online. Just select 'Pay with Credit/Debit card' when ordering to be led through the process. We can only dispatch to the card holders address due to anti fraud measures and so accordingly do not allow a different address to be entered when ordering. Any orders that have been asked to be sent to a different address to the card holders will either be refunded with possibly no notification or we will contact to arrange dispatch to the card holders address.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

You can pay by bank transfer when you buy research chemicals from us. You can make a direct transfer from your account into ours using online banking or you can go into your local branch to make a transfer or cash deposit . Usually bank transfers take 3 days but sometimes can clear within 2 hours in the UK. International bank transfers are also available, please get in touch and we will give you the details to complete this transaction. To pay by bank transfer please click on the bank transfer button when ordering for instructions.

Can I pay by PayPal?

No we do not accept payments through paypal however we do accept Alertpay. This is a very similar system to paypal and just as easy to use as well as being safe and secure. Just choose 'Purchase orders' when placing your order for instructions on how to do this.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

We will dispatch your items as soon as we have received cleared funds as payment. The fastest way is to pay by Credit or Debit card through the secure server as the funds will clear instantly. Bank transfers may take longer, up to 5 days in the worst case scenario.

When we have received cleared funds, standard delivery orders will be sent the same day by Royal Mail Recorded delivery which takes 1-2 working days but in most cases arrives the next day. Special delivery will guarantee goods by 1pm the next day and Saturday delivery is available if you order on Friday and need goods for the weekend.


I am an international customer, can I place an order?

We are able to accept international orders just as long as what you are ordering is legal to posess in your particular region. Most international orders go through without a problem but there is the possibility that customs may intercept the package due to the nature of the product. We will send all orders by signed for special delivery and a signature will be required. Tracking is also available to see exactly where in the world your order is.

If customs have seized your order then it is your responsibility to approach them to arrange the release of your items, we accept no responsibility in this situation. It is also the customers responsibility to determine the legality of any products purchased in their country.

We do not accept orders from the USA, Canada or Australia. If you order from a country which we no longer accept orders from then a refund will be given.

Is placing an order with Chemicals4Research online safe and secure?

Chemicals4Research.com are a genuine company so we take your security very seriously. All servers on this site where you enter sensitive information are secured with 128bit SSL encryption for your peace of mind. You can check that is the case on any site if your browser is showing the gold padlock meaning the encryption is working.

We follow PCI compliance procedures and so your card details are never stored on any of our servers, only on the banks who processes card payments on our behalf.
